Dennis Cheek began his career with Coldwell Banker in 2005. Dennis has completed all CCIM coursework and recived the CCIM designation in October 2008. Dennis has completed the EBT (Emerging Broker Training) with Coldwell Banker Commercial, completed in June 2008.

Dennis has owned several Retail Centers in Cedar City, Utah. With 30 years of past retail experience, he retired as a Sears Corporate Store Manager and District manager of the western region. He was also the VP for the Sears Dealer Store Advisory Council.

Dennis earned his certificate of completion in Lorman's Zoning, Subdivision and land Development Law in 2007.

Dennis has been very happily married to his wife Misty for 27 years. They work as a team in the Commercial Division and they greatly complement each other.

Dennis is an active member of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce.
